Yesterday we were lucky enough to have a visit from Andy Stanton, author of the Mr Gum series of books. He spent the afternoon with Years 2, 3 and 4 sharing stories and a making all of the children really belly laugh with his perfectly pitched sense of humour. He then personalised books that the children had purchased and talked to each one in turn, making the moment really special.
